Various Excerpts from Ełianite Philosophies

The Ełianite Lamentation on Death

by Kcerímir ben judeed, early dualist thinker

Why is sentience privileged as an experience? Is not unity equal to death - for the individual? It is different to be sure - unity and death. A psyche, faced with impossible odds for attaining true connection, must be allowed to entertain the choice of death - of non-existence. For death can be sleep - death can be rest. Is it not selfish to demand of a suffering soul that it does not rest? Unable to wrestle with this thought, many invent theories and ideologies of justification. You must be alive to spite your adversaries - for those who value your presence - to fulfill your duties. Few defend the position that one ought to stay with another who one does not enjoy staying with. So why is it then so wrong to wish for an infinite rest? Why do others have a say, whether one chooses to lie down or not?

Bliss and death might be one and the same. Faced with the unlikelihood of bliss - one ought only to be forgiven for choosing death - rest.

A dialogue between Bel ben Hikbajlí kcúmruş and Áddiş ben Jakúð ðúnruş on the nature of the Hwáþi-structure.

Bel: The Hwáþi in order to be sentient must be made up of discrete units. I am not of course - a Şebéþite who believes these units are ordered in a hierarchy. Instead I believe they must be equal, all connected into each other. Bel: Hwáþið - nadámanbun - másdah biðiid akán ten il şali wiðí ahúl. Our Aides in Exploring our Psyches

Jamaadi ben Ikuultsi & Ttirínja ben makenlí

No matter your stance upon the question of divinity vs materialism - the findings this text reviews are highly relevant. One of the authors of this text, Jamaadi ben Ikuultsi, is a deşŕti and the other is a dukŕti. This text merely aims to further ones travel along one's path. In travels among the ecologically minded people of the north-west, we found compounds, of biological nature, most interesting. Among the agrarians these compounds are known as "mind-expanders" or "spirit-conjurers". These compounds that are cultivated for a variety of purposes have, in our experiences, been proven to have magnificent potential to expand one's ability to peer into one's own psyche. It appears to be able to produce a temporary state of Hwáþi. On higher doses, it is able to break down one's ego - to make one's selfhood fluid. It is remarkable. To flow unto the universe - the psyche projects itself upon the whole world - simulating oneness. It is still up to debate whether the projection is fully real - a chemical key to another plane of communication with all things, as is the position of Ttirínja - or if it is merely a simulation trapped within the physical space of the psyche as Jamaadi believes.

It is theorized by both authors that these compounds could aid in the process of creating a lesser Hwáþi. If several psyches are connected and all given one of these compounds it would perhaps ease the merging - since a sense of oneness is inherent to these compounds.
